From the contact form: your name, your email, your description of the project and the budget you give. Nothing else.

From the connection: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and request time, needed to serve the page and spot abuse.

From your visit: we count how often each page is viewed, from which country and on what kind of device. The measurement is aggregate and cookieless, and it cannot identify you or follow you to other sites.

From your language choice: one cookie of ours that remembers whether you read the site in Spanish or English.

We use the form data to reply to you and to put together a proposal if you ask for one. The basis is your own request, that is, the steps before a contract that you ask us to take by writing.

We use the technical logs and the view count to keep the site up, protect it and see which pages get read, on the basis of our legitimate interest in its security and improvement.

We do not use your data for advertising, for profiling, or to make automated decisions about you.

Resend, to deliver the email the form generates to our inbox.

Vercel, to host and serve the site, and for the aggregate view count.

Both act on our behalf under contract. We do not pass your data to anyone else and we do not sell it.

Our providers may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the legal mechanisms each provider has in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

Form messages stay in our email for as long as the conversation has commercial purpose and then for the period needed to handle any claim.

Technical logs are kept for short periods, according to our hosting provider's policy.

If you ask us to delete your message, we delete it.

This site uses no advertising or social media cookies, and the view count does not use cookies either: it records the page view and discards the rest.

The only cookie we set stores your preferred language so you do not have to choose it on every visit. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing.

You can ask us for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, for processing to be restricted, to object to it, or for a copy in a portable format.

To exercise them, write to admin@kavaliero.com. We reply to the address you write from.

If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you think we have handled your request badly, you can complain to your national supervisory authority.

The site is always served over HTTPS, credentials live only on the server, and the form is validated on the server before anything is sent.

No system is perfect. If a breach occurred that affected you, we would tell you by whatever means the law requires.

This site is not aimed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from people of that age.

If we change what we collect or who processes it, we update this text and the date above.
