Kavaliero is an independent web design and development studio, born in Venezuela and working with clients anywhere. We operate under the Kavaliero name at kavaliero.com.

This site is informational. It shows what we do, how we work, and a few resources we have written ourselves.

Nothing published here is a binding offer or a commitment on price, timeline or scope. Any commission is governed by the proposal and contract we sign with you, and those documents take precedence over anything on these pages.

You may read, quote and share the content of this site with attribution.

You may not scrape it in bulk, use it to train commercial systems without permission, attempt to reach non-public areas, or interfere with the running of the service.

The design, code, copy, images, animation and the Kavaliero name are ours or used under licence.

Publishing something does not make it free to take. If you want to reuse a part of it, ask us in writing.

On client projects, the economic rights in the final deliverables transfer to the client once the agreed fee has been paid in full. Before that payment there is no licence to use them.

We keep ownership of what we brought with us: components, internal libraries, utilities and working methods we reuse across projects. The client receives a licence to use those inside the delivered project, not ownership of them.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may show the work in our portfolio and in presentation material.

We link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or what they do with your data. Once you leave kavaliero.com their terms apply, not ours.

We do what is reasonable to keep the site working, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.

We may change, move or withdraw content at any time, including published resources.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of profit, data or opportunity arising from its use.

Nothing in this notice limits our liability for wilful misconduct, or any rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

The articles in Insights are general information drawn from our own work. They are not technical, legal or business advice for your particular case, and reading them does not create a professional relationship between us.

This notice is governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Kavaliero's domicile, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply where you live.

We may update this text when the way we work changes or the law requires it. The date above marks the current version.
